Kim Kardashian's private equity firm SKKYY Partners makes minority investment in 111Skin to drive growth

111Skin has secured a significant minority investment from SKKY Partners, the consumer-focused private equity firm co-founded by celebrity and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian.
With the support of SKKY Partners, 111Skin plans to strengthen its direct-to-consumer business and expand its customer base in key markets, including North America and Asia. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The co-founders of 111Skin, Eva and Dr. Yannis Alexandrides, will retain majority ownership and continue to lead the company alongside CEO Vanessa Goddevrind and the rest of the management team.

Founded in 2012 by plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides, 111Skin combines 20 years of surgical expertise with innovative delivery methods. The brand's product line includes bio-cellulose face masks, along with a comprehensive range of skincare products, tools, and supplements.
111Skin has made significant advances in the spa market, recently reaching its 111th spa account. Its partner portfolio features luxury operators such as Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Four Seasons, Montage, Langham, Kempinski, Jumeirah, Anantara, One&Only Resorts, Accor, Marriott, and more.

Goldman Sachs International acted as the sole placement agent on the transaction and Raymond James served as financial advisor to SKKY Partners.
New product development updates
In other news, 111Skin has launched a new supplement called Ultimate NAC Y2 Complex, designed to enhance and maintain skin vitality for a youthful and radiant appearance. The formula combines anti-ageing ingredients, antioxidants and 111Skin’s proprietary NAC complex, which includes Vitamin C, escin, and NAC, aimed at repairing, soothing, and restoring the skin.
Additionally, 111Skin has relaunched and reformulated its signature Black Diamond Lifting and Firming Neck Mask.
