World class leisure sites go ClarityLive
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (LVRPA) is implementing ClarityLive, a centralised leisure management solution (LMS). The software will be used to control a large portfolio of sites including four London 2012 venues that LVRPA is to manage as part of the Games legacy.
Centralised management control
With centralised management control, the next generation ClarityLive solution will give LVRPA the power to optimise customer experiences across an array of world class facilities. These include the Lee Valley White Water Centre – the only brand new London 2012 venue to open to the public before the Games.
Single point of sale (POS) interface The ClarityLive product suite gives customers the speed and convenience of easy to use online booking functionality and incorporates state of the art management, sales and service tools, all accessible through a single point of sale (POS) interface.
LVRPA’s Nigel Foxall says, “Our staff can rapidly complete a variety of customer transactions from issuing tickets to managing bar, food and retail operations. We can grow sales, raise customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence.”
Nigel Foxall concludes, “Clarity offers the consultancy, system design, implementation, management, training and support services that we know are crucial for this project to deliver a better experience for our users.”
