Work continues on Palazzo Versace Dubai development
The AED2.3bn (£395m, E491m, US$627m) Palazzo Versace Dubai resort on the edge of the Dubai Creek in the UAE will launch in 2010.
The 5.5 hectare (13.59 acre) development will comprise 215 hotel suites and 169 private residences as well as a large day spa.
The Salus Per Aquum spa will offer a wide range of therapies including massages, body wraps and sea salt body treatments. The spa is being designed to be very similar to its sister facility, which is located at the flagship Palazzo Versace Gold Coast property in Australia.
The Emirates Sunland Group – a joint venture between the Sunland Group and Emirates International Holdings – will develop and manage Palazzo Versace Dubai, while the House of Versace will design the interiors.Details: palazzoversace.ae
