VisitBritain teams up with Red Letter Days
National tourism agency VisitBritain and Red Letter Days have teamed up to launch Enjoy England Experiences.
British consumers can choose from 114 experiences – including cocktail and cookery master classes, llama trekking and falconry, spa days, sports and outdoor activities and driving adventures – advertised on the new Enjoy England web site.
Kenny Boyle, commercial and marketing services director for VisitBritain, said: “Britons take 139 million overnight trips in this country and a further 1.1 billion day trips, spending nearly £53m altogether.
“Enjoy England Experiences is an easy and hassle-free way for people to get more from their short breaks. It is backed by the trust and reliability of the UK’s national tourism agency. Together we will help further increase the value of our £74bn visitor economy and boost tourism nationwide.”
