A new attraction based on Despicable Me, the hit movie from Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment, has been unveiled at Universal Orlando Resort in Florida, US.
Despicable Me Minion Mayhem has been developed by the resort in conjunction with the CEO of Illumination Entertainment, Chris Meledandri, to bring the movie's characters to life.
Visitors will enter the experience through the façade of Gru's house, before picking up 3D "minion goggles" in the living room and being scanned for "human germs".
Water sprayers, giant fly swatters and anti-gravity rooms also form part of the adventure at Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, which is being targeted at guests of all ages.
Universal Creative president Mark Woodbury said: "We worked to blend the spirit and heart of the film with a great new adventure for our guests and their families."
Meledandri added: "Fans of the film can now have fun and interact with their favourite Despicable Me characters in a way they haven't been able to before."
