Trioplus to advise on ECB county strategies
Sport and leisure consultant, TrioPlus, has been appointed by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to assist in the development of new four-year facility strategies for county cricket clubs.
The strategies will be drawn up against a centrally provided framework laid out by the ECB, and are required to be completed by the end of January in order to provide a basis for prioritising development resources and future funding. Trioplus will support each county board in the implementation of each of the County Cricket Board Facility Strategies across England and Wales, which will cover the period between 2009-13.
National facilities and funding manager for the ECB, Bruce Cruse, said: "The County Board Facility Strategies are a vital element of our bottom-up process to both help underpin future funding and enable our partners to understand what is required for cricket to move forward."
