Lift Brands, owner of Snap Fitness, has partnered with CoverMe Fitness, the leading on-demand fitness team management and cover solution app, to set a new standard in compliance within the fitness industry.

As part of its ongoing commitment to ensuring the highest safety and operational standards, Lift Brands has made CoverMe a mandatory component of its Snap Fitness franchise system. This ensures that all team members are fully qualified, insured and compliant with industry standards.

Now integrated into the operations across Lift Brand’s 104 Snap Fitness locations across the UK and Northern Ireland, the CoverMe platform ensures that every instructor and personal trainer is certified and insured, raising standards across all clubs and creating a safer environment for both their teams and their members.

Paul Stevenson, operations director of Lift Brands, says: “At Snap Fitness, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency is key. CoverMe’s platform streamlines compliance across our clubs, and many with group exercise timetables are enjoying the full management features.

“Most significantly, CoverMe helps our teams to be more efficient and frees up their time to do what they do best; creating memorable experiences for our members and their local community. This partnership reinforces our commitment to innovation and excellence.”

Rosanna Tucker, CEO of CoverMe, says: “We believe time is the most valuable currency in business. CoverMe eliminates the inefficiencies of manual compliance checks, giving clubs back 10 hours per week - that’s two months of operational time each year so they can focus on growth and the members' experience.

“By embracing this proactive approach, Lift Brands is setting a new standard for excellence and leading the future of fitness.”

Clubs offering group exercise are also using the platform to source cover for classes.

John Davies, GM of Snap Fitness in Tooting, has been using the CoverMe app for several months.

Davies said: “Finding cover used to be stressful, but I can now just direct the team to the app, where they can easily find cover from a preferred list of instructors, or even reach out beyond that list if needed.

“Having all contacts in one place has made things much more organised. I no longer have to use Facebook or create WhatsApp group chats. I don’t even have to worry about classes being covered when I’m not at work – CoverMe holds instructors accountable if they don’t show up for a class.”
