Six hotels added to Best Western portfolio
Hotel group Best Western has announced that six hotels across the UK have been added to its portfolio over the last two months.
Mytton Fold Hotel and Golf Complex near Blackburn; Balgeddie House Hotel in Glenrothes, Fife; Chilworth Manor in Hampshire; and London's Palm Hotel have all joined the brand. Buchanan Arms Hotel and Leisure Club, Loch Lomond and Cliff Head Hotel in St Austell, Cornwall, complete the line-up of hotels that have been added to Best Western's UK estate.
The hotels will see more than 350 new bedrooms added to Best Western's existing UK portfolio of 15,000, as well as additional leisure and conference provision. Best Western director Keith Pope said: "These latest hotels to join have been attracted by the Best Western proposition - the extensive marketing support of a global hotel brand combined with the freedom to run their businesses as they want to.
"We're increasingly selective about the hotels that we accept into membership and these latest hotels are excellent examples of the type of quality mid-market properties we're now attracting." Image: Chilworth Manor in Hampshire
