Regent Seven Seas Cruises launches Canyon Ranch wellness programme
luxury cruise operator Regent Seven Seas Cruises, known for its Canyon Ranch spaClub facilities, has announced a new wellness programme aimed at promoting holistic wellbeing and nurturing body and soul.
The Seven Seas Wellness programme, which launches this summer on Mediterranean sailings aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Seven Seas Voyager, pairs a new collection of wellness-themed excursions with a curated selection of signature Canyon Ranch SpaClub services, giving guests the opportunity to create a bespoke wellness programme.
“This new initiative on Regent Seven Seas Cruises allows us to showcase the holistic lifestyle that Canyon Ranch embodies to like-minded luxury travellers around the world, both on land and at sea,” said Kathleen Shea, chief marketing officer of Canyon Ranch.
“As an ever evolving brand based on intentions, we are constantly working to further our mission for transformative wellness.”
Guests choosing a Seven Seas Wellness experience will enjoy a wellness-themed excursion at a number of Mediterranean destinations and select one of four included, 50-minute Canyon Ranch SpaClub services – Ocean Scrub, World of Relief Body Buff, Tangle Me Up Organic Body Wrap, and Thai Massage.
Experiences include a tai chi class in the garden courtyard of the 19th century Pharo Palace in Marseilles, France; a restorative hydrothermal pool experience at the Stufe di Nerone Baths in Sorrento, Italy; a visit to an attraction dedicated to the Venetian tradition of perfume in Venice, Italy; and a swim in the hydrothermal, mineral waters of Vouliagmeni lake followed by a spiritual yoga session in Athens, Greece.
To complement the programme, the onboard breakfast bar will feature more healthful items, while at dinner guests can choose from a selection of Canyon Ranch Balanced Selection dishes.
Guests can also choose from a menu of onboard Canyon Ranch SpaClub and Fitness Centre options, including reiki, acupuncture, fitness classes, personal training, educational presentations and workshops.
“For many of our guests, the pursuit of wellbeing is an essential part of a life well-lived,” said Jason Montague, president and CEO of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
“From eating right and exercising to practicing ways to reduce stress and experience moments that uplift the spirit, wellness is quickly becoming the ultimate luxury.”
