Chef Gordon Ramsay is set to open Maze restaurant and bar in Grosvenor Square next month with head chef Jason Atherton – formerly executive chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Verre at the Hilton, Dubai.

Designed by David Rockwell, the restaurant features a 90-cover dining room as well as a private room seating 10 people and a chef’s table for eight. It will serve French cuisine with Asian influences.

Reflecting the restaurant’s name, the dining room will be divided by a series of different hand-crafted screens made of wood, fabric, woven metal and an etched glass panel.

A separate 50-seat bar will serve Asian cocktails.
