RSS launches wellness Circle of Interest
Eight Regent Seven Seas (RSS) Baltic cruise ships are to offer a themed wellness activity programme from this month.
Part of a new initiative called Circles of Interest, the Active Exploration and Wellness Circle of Interest has been tailored to improve both physical condition and mental attitude of guests with active pursuits available both onboard and ashore.
Leisure activities available will include personal training, biking, hiking, canoeing and walking excursions alongside a selection of other daily fitness classes.
Onboard, guests will be able to participate in an exclusive Pilates and yoga workshop and benefit from a variety of other wellness elements including a half-hour European in-suite massage, plus a private dinner.
Michael Lechonczak and Robin Whitney Levine, creators of Intelligent Yoga, and G Pelliteri, the owner of the Pilates Institute of Scottsdale, will host the Wellness Circle of Interest.
Marketing manager Cecelia Abert said: “Our new Circles of Interest programmes are totally flexible and enable small groups of like-minded people to experience specialist interests and are proving extremely popular with guests.”
Other themed Circles of Interest – which can also feature workshops, classes, lectures and customised tours – will include photography, jazz, food, wine and art and culture.
Formerly known as Radisson Seven Seas Cruises, Regent Seven Seas was recently rebranded.
Earlier this year, the Carita de Paris Spa on the Regent Seven Seas Navigator was named Best Spa at Sea at the Condé Nast Traveller awards. Details: www.rssc.co.uk
