Bahamas-based RND Holdings is looking for a buyer for Caribbean Health and Fitness – operator of Gold’s Gym in Nassau – and its 30 percent interest in Cayman Health and Fitness – operator of Gold's Gym in the Cayman Islands.
The gyms have been running for 10 years and speaking to The Nassau Guardian, RND chair, Jerome Fitzgerald, said the health and fitness arm of the business would be better suited to a single operator.
The company plans to focus on its core business of ticketing and commercial real estate.
