Places still available at National Restaurateurs Dinner
This year sees the 21st anniversary of the National Restaurateurs' Dinner, which is the annual fundraising event for three of the Hospitality Industry's best known organisations: The Restaurant Association, The Academy of Food & Wine and The Academy of Culinary Arts.
The event, which is in association with Mövenpick, will take place on Monday, 14 April 2008 at The Dorchester Hotel in London and there are still a few places available.
The Academy of Food & Wine will be chairing the dinner and hope to unite the talents of all three organisations in a joint effort to raise funds for the various education and training initiatives available to the industry.
A team of top chefs from The Academy of Culinary Arts will be working under team leader, Henry Brosi, executive chef of The Dorchester, to prepare a delicious evening meal. They include:
Andreas Antona - Chef Proprietor, Simpsons Restaurant

Anton Edelmann - Chef Patron, Anton's
Each course will be matched with appropriate excellent wines which will be hand selected by The Academy of Food and Wine.
