Nikki Beach Resort & Spa coming to Dubai
A 117-bedroom Nikki Beach Resort and Spa will open in Dubai in spring 2016. Developed in partnership with Meraas Holding, this will be the third property in the Nikki Beach Hotel and Resorts portfolio.
The resort will include a 1,640sq m (17,653sq ft) Nikki Spa with nine treatment rooms, including a couples’ suite. Facilities include a hammam, steam room, ice fountain, external vitality pool, courtyards and internal and external relaxation lounges for men and women. The spa features equipment by Gharieni and will be managed by ESPA.
The Dubai property will be located on the waterfront of Pearl Jumeira and will also include 15 villas and 61 lifestyle residences, with units ranging from one to four bedrooms. The resort will feature private pools, sky lounges, large roof terraces and 450 meters of private beachfront with views across the Arabian Gulf.
DSA Architects and interior design firm Gatserelia Design are working on the project, which showcases the brand’s signature modern, all-white decor blends with tribal influences, organic shapes and calm colours.
Founded by Jack Penrod in Miami Beach in 1998, Nikki Beach also has plans to open resorts in Bodrum, Turkey and Hvar, Croatia in the next two years.
