Glen Ross has been appointed head of operations for the new spa at the Little Dix Bay retreat on Virgin Gorda in the Caribbean.
Ross has more than 14 years of experience in the spa industry, ranging from spa conceptualisation to operation. Prior to Little Dix Bay, Ross was the spa director at Sandy Lane in Barbados.
Located in the British Virgin Islands, the Rosewood Little Dix Bay spa includes 360 degree views of the sea, a separate cliffside beach and nine treatment cottages including a couple's suite.
