New-look leisure centre for Ballymoney
Ballymoney Borough Council (BBC) has unveiled the Northern Ireland town's new-look Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre, following its forced closure earlier this year due to a fire.
Pulse was appointed by the local authority to undertake a refurbishment of the venue, which features a revamped fitness suite fitted with new Pulse Fusion cardiovascular equipment.
In addition, Pulse has also created a new health suite comprising a spa bath; a sauna; an ice bowl; a seated relaxation area; a steamroom with crystal feature; and heated loungers.
Meanwhile, Pulse's contract with BBC will also see it provide ongoing sales and marketing support for the next three years at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre.
BBC director of leisure services Iris McCleery said: "We are confident the improvements, new equipment and proposed marketing and sales techniques will impact considerably upon our leisure provision."
