UK-based Yoga holiday operator Destination Yoga has added a new location to its selection of yoga retreat venues along the southern coast of Crete in Greece.

Taking place at a 14-bedroom family-owned hotel in Triopetra, the retreats will offer Yoga classes are twice daily – in the morning and late afternoon – and last 90 to 120 minutes each.

Guests will also benefit from the opportunity to swim in the sea or the hotel’s swimming pool while massages will also be made available on-site.

Each room features a dramatic view of the Mediterranean and prices include vegetarian breakfasts, lunches and dinners. A wide range of teas, including medicinal Cretan mountain teas, will also be available.

Destination Yoga retreats are created to suit all experience levels including beginners, as instructors provide expert guidance and individual attention in relatively small and intimate class settings.

Destination Yoga will host their first retreat in Crete from 24-31 October 2010. Additional dates will be offered throughout 2011.
