New Bannatyne Fitness club planned for Worksop
Bannatyne Fitness is due to open its 62nd health club in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, in December this year.
Two hundred people from the Worksop area have already signed up to join the club, which has been built to serve a membership base of 2,500-3,000 people.
Nigel Armstrong, managing director of Bannatyne Fitness, said: “Our small town concept club will really benefit Worksop and provide people living in and around the town with a great opportunity to kick off or enhance their healthy lifestyles.”
The club will feature a fully equipped gym, two aerobics studios – featuring classes such as pilates, boxercise and circuit training – as well as a 20m swimming pool, a spa bath, a sauna, a steamroom and café/bar.
Bannatyne recently acquired the LivingWell Premier health club chain, with its portfolio of 25 sites, for £90m. Details: www.bannatyne.co.uk
