NRG openes hotel club

NRG Health and Fitness has opened its third site, a n3m (£2m) new-build club attached to the Jury’s Cork Hotel in Ireland.

The new 1,400sq m (15,000sq ft) club includes an 18m swimming pool, whirlpools, saunas, a steamroom and exercise rooms. The 372sq m (4,000sq ft) fitness suite is equipped by Precor, including the Experience CV range complete with Cardio Theater® and personal viewing screens.

As well as offering personal training and specialised exercise classes such as Latin Aerobics, Thai Bo and Body Blitz Classes, NRG also offers members and guests weight management programmes and free nutritional advice.

Joining fees are set at n645 (£434), with standard membership at n59 (£40) a month.

The NRG club at Jury’s Cork follows success at sister clubs at Curt Seoige, Bohermore and the Clybaun Hotel, Knocknacarra, in Galway.
