Minimum time, maximum impact at 24 hour Fitness
In response to growing consumer demand for fast and effective workouts, 24 Hour Fitness is rolling out a 30-minute fitness programme across its clubs nationwide.
Xpress Zone has been designed to provide a full body workout.
Users move from one exercise station to another in a specific order and complete the programme with cv activity.
Members are also encouraged to increase the intensity level of each exercise to ensure improvements over time.
“We continue to create solutions to help people incorporate fitness into their busy lives,” said chair and CEO of the group, Mark Mastrov.
Meanwhile, the company has announced plans to make jobs available for more than 200 athletes in training for the Olympic Games.
As official sponsor of the US Olympic Team, 24 Hour Fitness will recruit eligible athletes for its 300 plus clubs and future advertising campaigns. The athletes will receive necessary time off for competing and training.
