Massage Heights to rebrand as Heights Wellness Retreat and elevate offering with touchless tech

US-based massage franchise Massage Heights has announced plans for a major brand refresh and a transition to the new name Heights Wellness Retreat. The rebrand was revealed by co-founder and CEO Shane Evans at the company’s recent annual summit.
In 2025, the 115-location franchise will introduce a refreshed logo and a suite of touchless therapies – including lymphatic drainage, meditation, red light therapy and salt therapy – to deepen its commitment to holistic wellness and offer consumers a more convenient path to wellness.
This new brand identity reflects a comprehensive approach to health, with expanded services that integrate physical, mental and emotional wellness practices. While massage will remain at the heart of the brand, the upcoming changes are designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s wellness consumers.
“Founding this brand 20 years ago was a life-changing moment, and now, I get to see it evolve into something greater than I ever thought it could become,” shared Evans.
“The industry landscape has changed drastically over the last two decades and consumers are looking for a more complete and personalised approach to their wellness. Through our evolution to Heights Wellness Retreat, we’re expanding our offerings which will result in higher revenues and profit margins for our franchisees and the ability to reach a wider audience.”
Heights Wellness Retreat is currently seeking single and multi-unit operators to join its growing brand.
