Longhouse acquires Jameson Inns for US$371m
Longhouse Hospitality, the US-based, privately held owner and operator of hotels, has acquired Atlanta hotel chain Jameson Inns in a joint venture deal with JER Partners for US$371m (£198m, 299m euro).
Jameson has an estate of 107 hotels with 7,550 rooms in 11 states across the southeast and Midwest.
Cia Buckley, president of JER’s US Funds Business, said: “The Jameson portfolio represents a tremendous opportunity for JER and Longhouse to leverage off our existing platform to capture ownership and management synergies across both portfolios.
“We are excited to continue building upon our relationship with the Longhouse management team.”
