Les Mills brings the fun back to circuit training with the launch of Ceremony
Les Mills has backed up the official launch of its functional circuits programme, Ceremony, with an advertising campaign focused on the joy of working out and hitting goals.
Soundtracked by Louis Armstrong’s When You’re Smiling and shot by director, Dave Meyers, the advert shows the happiness that participants experience when they push past a challenge to hit new heights.
“The study of human face contortions during a workout, when your guard is down, and your real self is there is what I loved about this ad,” says Meyers.
With many gym-goers now choosing strength training, Ceremony brings the focus back to complete workouts, with a full-body functional circuit class designed to meet demand for boutique-style circuit training.
Each session has been scientifically designed to challenge multiple muscle groups, improve endurance, and elevate heart rates for an all-around fitness boost.
Ceremony has already soft launched in key clubs around the world including Fitness First (Germany and Australia), Bannatyne and New York Sports Club (NYSC).
“Circuit training is heating up right now and our latest programme is going to set the category on fire,” says Les Mills chief customer officer, Luke Waldren. “Ceremony is one of our toughest classes and a truly innovative take on circuit training.”
Les Mills workouts are delivered by more than 100,000 certified instructors in 22,000 clubs across 100 countries, as well as via various streaming and Extended Reality (XR) platforms.
