Le Mont tops the bill
Manchester's first elevated restaurant, Le Mont, will open in time for the Commonwealth Games in July.
Situated at the top of the glass building housing the recently opened Urbis museum, but with its own street-level entrance, Le Mont covers two floors, with the capacity to seat 75.
Level five will feature a welcome bar - the first Bollinger bar outside of London - and tables to seat 45, while the top floor, which can also be used for private events, will seat 30.
Sixteen seats offer a 35m high unrivalled view across Manchester's new Exchange Square and the city beyond.
Le Mont will be managed by Adrian Heeks (left), former manager of Gary Rhodes' restaurant, Rhode's & Co
The £30m restaurant and museum are being run for the next three years by Urban Experience and profits will be invested back into Urbis. Details: www.urbis.org.uk
