Kenco has joined forces with Macmillan Cancer Support as the official coffee partner of Macmillan's World’s Biggest Coffee Morning 2012.

Around two million people will be hosting a local coffee morning as part of the event, which organisers hope will raise £10m for Macmillan cancer charity.

Anyone can host a coffee morning and all proceeds help Macmillan provide vital support services, making a difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.

This year the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning falls on 28 September, but hosts can take part whenever suits.

This is the third year running Kenco has been an official sponsor of the event. Last year Kenco helped raise £120,000 last year, which was enough to pay for a Macmillan nurse for more than two years or to fund one of Macmillan's new community based rehabilitation support teams.

Kenco will also be introducing a national loyalty scheme, as well as a ‘text to donate' advert on 100,000 cups.

2. Choose a date. Officially it’s 28 September, but have your coffee morning when it suits you best!

3. Invite friends and work colleagues to give some time for coffee, cake and conversation and, most of all, a small donation to Macmillan.
