Energy Fitness Professionals (EFP) has been awarded the contract to set up and manage a health and fitness centre at the Royal Courts of Justice.

The 5,000sq ft, split level club is situated in the gothic basement of the 1800s Royal Courts of Justice building and has been designed by Zynk.It includes a 40-station gym equipped by Precor with eight 28inch tv screens and wireless audio visual system, spinning and free weights areas and saunas in both changing rooms. There is also a relaxation lounge with newspapers and refreshments.

Membership will be limited to employees of the Supreme Court Group, the Judiciary and selected legal professionals.EFP has invested £350,000 in developing the club, which will open at the end of June.

Rob Radford, managing director of EFP, said: 'This project is a unique high end corporate facility and will be luxurious, exclusive and very selective of its membership market.'The company currently operates 42 corporate gyms and has recently secured another contract, details of which will be released shortly.
