Featuring panoramic views of the city, the Riyadh Olaya has become the first Hyatt Regency hotel to be established in the Saudi Arabian capital.

Spread across 28 floors and with 261 guestrooms, including 40 suites, the five-star hotel was developed by Mohammed A. Al-Swailem Co. for Commercial Investment, a general investment company specialising in the field of construction and the hotel and hospitality industry.

The company is known for playing a major role in constructing and developing infrastructure projects across the KSA.

All guestrooms and suites incorporate local touches and design elements, including patterned leather panels embroidered with a contemporary interpretation of a middle eastern mashrabiya motif.

The Sokoun spa offers four treatment rooms, a men only spa and a variety of wellness services. Traditional Moroccan treatments include relaxation massages and therapeutic body treatments.

Additional facilities include a traditional Moroccan hammam, experience shower, fitness facilities, indoor swimming pool, multi-purpose sports court and Camp Hyatt Kids Club.

“Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is set to become the ideal place for both business and leisure travelers in the Kingdom’s vibrant capital with its authentic specialty restaurants and extensive conference and banquet facilities,” said General Manager Nizar Weshah.

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is situated in the commercial and retail heart of Riyadh, 30 minutes from King Khaled International Airport.
