Patrick Gallegos is settling into his new responsibilities as president of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), which supports the development, promotion and education of those involved with the ‘experience’ industry.

Gallegos, who was inducted during the IAAPA show, was one of the organisation’s founding members and has long supported the TEA’s work in many leadership roles.

He can draw on extensive industry experience as the principal of Gallegos Lighting Design (GLD) and previously as a senior designer on Disney’s Epcot Center.

With GLD, he has carried out work for a range of clients including the THEA award-winning Cerritos Library, California; Legoland California and Germany; the Aquarium of the Pacific, Long Beach, and Warner Bros Movie World, Madrid.
