Dundee FC comes out of administration
Dundee Football Club (DFC) has announced that it has come out of administration - more than six months after it was forced to appoint PKF to oversee its affairs.
PKF is to continue to be involved with the management of the club's Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) and the payment of dividends due to creditors. "While there still remains work to be done in relation to the CVA, today effectively sees the rebirth of Dundee FC," said PKF corporate recovery partner Bryan Jackson.
Meanwhile, Wrexham Football Club of the Blue Square Bet Premier is to be the subject of a community-based offer led by Wrexham Supporters Trust (WST). WST has received indicative offers of backing worth more than £200,000 and is looking to acquire the club, its Racecourse Ground stadium and its Colliers Park training facility.
