DLL launches new £15m Farnham complex
David Lloyd Leisure's (DLL) new £15m sports, health and fitness club in Farnham, Surrey, has been officially unveiled by former Olympic gold medallist Denise Lewis.
The new 6,000sq m (64,583sq ft) facility boasts a 25m swimming pool and a children's pool; and a 1,337sq m (14,391sq ft) gym; and a 500sq m (5,382sq ft) DL Kids area.
Elsewhere, DLL Farnham features eight outdoor tennis courts; an on-site physiotherapy and osteopathy clinic; and a multi-purpose sports hall, as well as the group's largest Amida Spa.
Spanning more than 1,000sq m (10,764sq ft), the Amida Spa has six treatment rooms; four relaxation rooms; a spa plunge pool; a spray tanning salon; and steam experience rooms.
Lewis said: "David Lloyd Leisure Farnham is an absolutely stunning club, offering the community a fantastic array of sports, health and fitness facilities for the whole family."
DLL chief executive Scott Lloyd added: "The Farnham club demonstrates our efforts to invest in the best health, sports and leisure facilities for local communities."
