Council launches Bromsgrove leisure poll
Local residents in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, are being invited to have their say on the future of the town's leisure provision as part of a council-led consultation exercise.
Bromsgrove District Council (BDC) will use comments to help shape the town centre regeneration project, which is being delivered in partnership with Worcestershire County Council. The council aims to find out what residents think about the town's current leisure services and future needs as part of the consultation, with results due to be published in early summer.
BDC head of leisure and cultural services John Godwin said: "From previous work we realise that people in Bromsgrove value the public leisure facilities that are available very highly. "Now, in order to improve services and build a better Bromsgrove and town centre for everyone, we need to gain knowledge and insight about people's current and future wants, needs and desires."
