Building your business
Welcome to the first AALARA Ezine for 2009.
With the new year now in full swing, savvy industry operators are looking at new ways of building their businesses in 2009. This year's AALARA Conference and Trade Exhibition - to be held on May 25 - May 28 on Queensland's Gold Coast - carries the "BUILDING YOUR BUSINESS" theme.
The 2009 event will provide delegates and exhibitors with access to the latest industry-specific information and technology, marketing and motivational presentations, industry-sector forums and over 70 exhibitors all under the one roof at the five star Conrad Jupiters Hotel and Casino. There's the chance to network with hundreds of fellow international and national industry representatives and of course, to have a bit of fun along the way with the sensational social program.
As the sun sets on each conference day, delegates can choose to join in the fun of networking drinks on Monday night and a three course dinner, dancing and ride on the Spooky Coaster at Warner Bros Movie World's 'Spooky Castle' on Tuesday night and a ride on the 60metre high Observation Wheel of Brisbane for networking evening drinks and canapés. IAAPA's 1st Vice Chair and Senior Vice President of Palace Entertainment, Chip Cleary will be join us as a VIP international guest to share his insights regarding his 30 years in the industry.
Chip is one of a host of inspirational international and local speakers all prepared to share their expertise and time in order to help delegates build stronger businesses in proactive and creative ways. If you are yet to confirm your attendance at the conference, or to book your trade show exhibition space, please do so quickly by phoning 1800 118 123 or visit the AALARA website for more information on www.aalara.com.au
Remember, discounts apply for AALARA members and early bird registrations. In closing, I wish all AALARA members and friends a prosperous and productive year ahead. I look forward to welcoming many of you to the Gold Coast in May.
