Xponential's Body Fit Training brand signs master franchise agreement for Norway
Australian franchise, Body Fit Training (BFT), which is part of Xponential Fitness, has broken into the Scandinavian market, signing a master franchise agreement for Norway with Tage Flugeim.
The first studio has already launched in Oslo and is gaining a community with 174 members. Flugeim said: “Opening BFT Oslo has been an exciting challenge and seeing the energy and enthusiasm from our members already has been hugely rewarding. This is just the beginning! We can’t wait to grow the BFT community across the region.”
Cameron Falloon, co-founder of BFT, says: “It’s always exciting to see BFT breaking new ground and the momentum we’re seeing in Scandinavia and the UK highlights the ongoing strength of our model and community. 2025 is shaping up to be a big year.”
Launched in 2018, and acquired by Xponential Fitness in 2021 for US$44 million, BFT offers a 50-minute coach-led strength and conditioning programme that aims to reduce fat and create lean muscle.
An additional site has also been signed in the UK in Epping and will open later this year.
The company already has sites in Glasgow, Leicester, Hackney and Battersea, London and East Croyden.
BFT currently has 286 franchised sites trading globally (@5 March 2025).
