Active Life in Kings Lynn

A new Active Life Toning Centre aimed at the deconditioned market has opened at Lynnsport Leisure Park in Kings Lynn.

The centre is part of an income share programme with Visions Leisure Consultancy. Two changing rooms have been refurbished to create space for nine toning-chairs and a Beauty Within beauty salon.

'We recognised that a large percentage of the population felt unable to access our standard facilities because they were gym-shy or deconditioned,' says head of leisure and public space, Chris Bamfield. 'Now we can offer them and easy and relaxing way to exercise.'
