Following its launch last year, Gladstone's Learn2 Swim course management software module has now received the endorsement of the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA).

Gladstone Health and Leisure will be supporting ASA, the governing body for swimming in England, swim schools and instructors.

Gladstone's Learn2 Swim program is designed to simplify the swim school administration process, reduce pressure on staff, improve customer service and aid retention.

Teachers can take registers and assess pupils at the pool-side, as well as storing pupil notes using a portable, waterproof, touch-screen device, such as an iPod. 

For operators, information on joiners, leavers, the movement of pupils between classes and class occupancy can be viewed as tailored reports in a graph or table, and set against monthly targets. 

Automated customer contact will email or text customers when a pupil is approved to move up a class or needs to pay for lessons.

HomePortal will allow parents to re-enrol, pay for lessons and view teacher feedback online.
