A charity, a local authority and a fire service have all just purchased Climbing Towers from UK-based interactive family attractions specialist Innovative Leisure.

The Eye Feel Good charity foundation in Northern Ireland, which aims to raise money through organised events, donating to those living with cancer within the community, took delivery of their wall in April. The attraction will be used for fund raising events for the charity while also being hired out.

Another recent delivery has been made at Llyn Adventures in North Wales, which - according to the organisation - provides a range of outdoor activities for 'anyone looking for a bit of excitement and a challenge.' Llyn Adventures' climbing tower features a number of different climbs that make it suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities. It will be used by the organisation as one of its activities as well as being available for hire at - amongst other venues - shows, events, college open days, private functions and corporate events.

Further towers due for delivery in the UK for the 2012 season include one to South Ayrshire County Council in Scotland, which will receive theirs in May, and another to Cleveland Community Fire Service for June delivery. The latter will be a European first for Innovative Leisure in that it will be the first galvanised trailer Grip-a-Rock tower to be delivered. All the towers mentioned are the popular 7.3m (24ft) model, although the company can supply them in heights ranging from 5.5m (18ft) to 10m (32ft).

Away from mainland UK, Innovative Leisure has also recently completed orders for towers for sites in the Republic of Ireland and Denmark, while another of the company's climbing attractions - a Coconut Tree Climb - has been sold to a client in Cyprus.
