2003 Life Fitness seminars kick off
Life Fitness Academy is kicking off its 2003 seminar programme with the Free Wheeling group cycling symposium and the member retention strategy Ready, Steady, Go.
Led by fitness expert Nancy Trap, the creative director of Free Wheeling, the group cycling seminars promise to 'breathe life' back into indoor cycling instruction by focusing on fun and moving away from purely high intensity classes to attract a wider audience.
The Ready, Steady, Go seminars, run by Life Fitness Academy manager Arron Williams, will explore the impact of exercise environment and programming on retention levels by discussing how people start and maintain the exercise habit and how clubs can develop a stronger relationship with members.
